Organizational Profile

American National and International Mediators is an alternative dispute resolution group which understands the complexities of international negotiations, transactions and mediation. We assist clients from all areas of business as well as personal conflicts. No conflict is too big or too small. We also stand ready to assist your company in designing a conflict resolution system so that you may be able to address conflict internally within your organization. We provide the following services: mediation, early neutral evaluations, online mediation and negotiations, dispute review boards, settlement counsel, corporate training and general conflict resolution techniques.

Fees

Fees for mediation are set as follows: $200.00 an hour with an initial deposit of (3) three hours upon signing of the initial mediation agreement. Any additional mediation fees will be be split among the parties or as determined by the initial mediation agreement. Fees for an ENE are set as follows: $100.00 an hour preparation fee with an initial deposit of (3) three hours upon signing of the initial ENE agreement. The additional ENE hours will be billed on an hourly rate of $80.00 an hour to be split among the parties or as determined by the initial ENE agreement.
