Jennifer Vercellone graduated from the University of Arizona with a BA in History and Political Science in 1999, the University of Kansas, School of Law with a Juris Doctorate in 2002, and the University of Illinois with a Master's in Public Administration in 2008. In addition to pursuing advanced education, Mrs. Vercelone is also licensed to practice law in Kansas, Nebraska, and South Carolina.
Since December, 2003, Mrs. Vercellone has worked for (as both an employee and independent contractor) the Union Pacific Railroad's (UPRR) Labor Relations team. In October 2007, Mrs. Vercellone also began working for the Burlington Northern Santa Fe's Labor Relations team in a contract capacity. During her employment with UPRR, Mrs. Vercellone handled claims at all levels of the appeals process, to include the drafting of submissions for arbitration and the arguing of these cases before an arbitration board. As part of her current contract obligations, Mrs. Vercellone prepares submissions for arbitration that cover all manner of collective bargaining disputes. This breadth of experience has prepared Mrs. Vercellone to understand the nuances of mediation and arbitration.
In addition to her experience in the Labor Relations field Mrs. Vercellone is also a contract attorney for T-Mobile. In that role she is required to assess, respond to, and resolve all manner of disputes that arise within the wireless law arena. These disputes require Mrs. Vercellone to interact with individuals, corporations, municipal organizations, homeowner's associations, and all manner of government organizations.
Jennifer seeks to find solutions and compromises where none appear possible.
