Mediation

Filed a lawsuit and now you feel as though the matter will never be resolved? Has the trial date been set and it is still years away? Do you feel as though there is no end to a conflict between you and the other party?

Our offices provide formal mediation procedures to increase the communication between the parties. Mediation is confidential and it allows the parties to enjoy a procedure whereby the parties can address the issues of the case and where a settlement options can be explored.

We provide a wide variety of mediation services.

Fees for mediation are set as follows: $200.00 an hour with an initial deposit of (3) three hours upon signing of the initial mediation agreement.
