Welcome to the alternative dispute resolution process! Let our company be the first to congratulate you on taking the first and most important step in resolving your dispute. We provide you with a general explanation of the mediation process. All you need to get started is an agreement on the part of the parties involved to get together and try to work out some sort of solution to the conflict.

While the mediation process may seem formal, we work to tailor the process to fit our individual client's needs. There is an opening statement by the mediator as well as the opportunity for the parties to present their positions. The exchange will allow us to set the ground rules of the alternative dispute resolution process as well as to get an overview of each parties' position. Remember that all mediation processes are confidential and this gives the parties the freedom to feel safe to communicate and reach an amicable dispute resolution.
